Method
- Clean the mushroom (cut each into 6 piecs)
- Place in a vessel and add coconut milk, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, pepper and garam masala.
- Cover and cook till it becomes a thick gravy.
- Mushroom when cooking gives out excess water.
- Keep this gravy aside.
- In the same pot, add heat oil, add onion, add ginger garlic, tomato and saute till it is golden brown.
- Add salt.
- When it is done, add the gravy which was kept aside.
- Stir well and make it a dry fry; add oil if needed.
