Mushroom peralan

Method
  1. Clean the mushroom (cut each into 6 piecs)
  2. Place in a vessel and add coconut milk, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, pepper and garam masala.
  3. Cover and cook till it becomes a thick gravy.
  4. Mushroom when cooking gives out excess water.
  5. Keep this gravy aside.
  6. In the same pot, add heat oil, add onion, add ginger garlic, tomato and saute till it is golden brown.
  7. Add salt.
  8. When it is done, add the gravy which was kept aside.
  9. Stir well and make it a dry fry; add oil if needed.

400g - mushroom
2 - onions
2 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
1&1/2 tsp - chilli powder
1 tsp - turmeric powder
2 tsp - coriander powder
1 - tomato
1 tsp - pepper
1 cup - coconut milk
1 tsp - garam masala
Oil
Salt
Coriander leaves/curry leaves, optional
