Method
- Chop cabbage finely. Peel and cut potato into � cm dice. Chop onion finely.
- Grind green chillies, garlic and ginger together.
- Combine all the vegetables, sprinkle a little salt.
- Add ground paste and cook covered till soft. (Do not add water. The vegetables will cook in their own juices).
- Add turmeric and chilli powders, sugar and more salt if needed. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Beat the curds till smooth, add to the vegetables, mix well and remove from fire.
- Serve as am accompaniment to rice based meal or with chapathis.

� tsp - turmeric powder
1 tsp - chilli powder
1 tsp - sugar
salt to taste
