Method
  1. Pour milk into a pot and boil. Add sugar and cook for few minutes.
  2. Dissolve custard in little water and gradually add in milk. Stirring continuously and remove from flame when milk thickens.
  3. Pour into the dish. Heat water and add jelly crystals; pour into mould and allow to set.
  4. Cut jelly into cubes and add to custard. Decorate with syrup and serve.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg fresh milk
2 tbsp vanilla custard powder
4 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup water
200 grams strawberry jelly crystals
Red syrup for decoration
