4 or 5 tsp - groundnut oil

5 or 6 - curry leaves
2 or 3 slit - green chillies
3 piece - chopped garlic
1 small piece - ginger
For the Paste:
½ - grated coconut
3 or 4 piece - garlic
½ tsp - cumin seeds
¼ tsp - turmeric powder
½ cup - water
½ tsp - coriander leaves

salt to taste
