Colorful Veg Wrap

Method
  1. Keep 4 phulkas ready without applying any fat over them.
  2. Put 1 tsp olive oil in a nonstick pan and keep it on medium flame.
  3. When oil is hot, add cut mushrooms and corn.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Then saute till mushrooms are cooked.
  5. Mixture should become completely dry, so cook till all water evaporates.
  6. Switch off the flame and let it cool down.
  7. Now to assemble the wrap, keep one phulka in a dish.
  8. Apply the spread of your choice (cream cheese in this case).
  9. Spread it evenly all over the phulka.
  10. Now add 1 to 2 tbsp of mushroom and corn mixture in the central part.
  11. On that put cabbage and carrot. Sprinkle some salt and paper on it.
  12. Now put 1/2 tbsp cheese and spread it vertically.
  13. Add tomato sauce on the pile.
  14. Fold from both sides and the wrap is ready to serve.
  15. Keep this as it is if you want to take it in a lunch box.
  16. If you want it hot then apply some ghee or butter on tava.
  17. Assemble the wrap on the tava and keep it on slow flame for 2 minutes.
  18. This will make the wrap hot and crisp.
  19. The above ingredients are sufficient for 4 wraps.
Ingredients:
4 Phulkas (Flat Indian Bread)
65g (1/2 cup) corn kernels
65g (4 medium sized) mushrooms thinly sliced
30g (1/2 cup) cabbage finely shredded
25g (1 small) carrot finely shredded
60g (2 small cubes) cheese grated or crumbled
4 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp cream cheese or Veg Mayonnaise or Hung Curd
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
