Hariyali cutlets

  1. Mash boiled potatoes.
  2. Add above prepared spinach paste and crushed green peas.
  3. Soak bread slices in water, squeeze to remove excess water, mash and add to above mixture.
  4. Add all the remaining ingredients except poppy seeds and oil.
  5. Now make balls of this mixture and press on hand to form circular, oval or heart shapes.
  6. Press these shapes on the puppy seeds and shallow fry in a non-stick pan.
  7. Hariyali cutlet is ready.
  8. Serve with tomato sauce.
5-6 medium boiled potatoes
1/2 cup boiled spinach paste
1/2 cup boiled green peas
4-5 bread slices
1 tsp crushed cumin
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1-1/2 tsp - green chilli paste (add as per taste)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp green coriander
2 tbsp poppy seeds
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Tomato sauce for serving
