Method
Add salt to methi leaves and keep aside for 1/2 an hour, then squeeze out the water.
Grind garlic and green chillies to a paste.
Mix everything and prepare a dough.
Roll out again into a thin paratha.
Cook on a hot tawa on both sides applying a little ghee.
Serve hot with pickle and fresh curds.

1 cup - wheat flour
1/2 cup - besan/gram flour
1 cup - methi leaves, finely chopped (wash and squeeze out water)
2 cloves - garlic
