Method
- Take the whole wheat, wash & soak it in water for a full day.
- Drain water & hang the whole wheat overnight.
- The next day nodes will come out from the whole wheat.
- Now put this whole wheat in the mixer and grind it by adding some milk to a thick batter consistency.
- Now take a pan, add ghee, ground batter & stir well.
- Add khoya/mewa, powdered sugar and mix all together nicely.
- Keep this mixture aside.
- Now take wheat flour, add water & make a dough.
- Make small balls of the dough and fill each ball with the sweet mixture.
- Flatten the stuffed dough.
- Heat a tava, put the flattened sweet poli on it and turn it by adding ghee on two sides.
- Now, hot & delicious whole wheat sweet poli is ready to eat.

1 cup - wheat flour
1/2 cup - powdered sugar
1/4 cup - ghee
100g - khoya/mewa
1/4 cup - milk
