Whole wheat sweet poli

Method
  1. Take the whole wheat, wash & soak it in water for a full day.
  2. Drain water & hang the whole wheat overnight.
  3. The next day nodes will come out from the whole wheat.
  4. Now put this whole wheat in the mixer and grind it by adding some milk to a thick batter consistency.
  5. Now take a pan, add ghee, ground batter & stir well.
  6. Add khoya/mewa, powdered sugar and mix all together nicely.
  7. Keep this mixture aside.
  8. Now take wheat flour, add water & make a dough.
  9. Make small balls of the dough and fill each ball with the sweet mixture.
  10. Flatten the stuffed dough.
  11. Heat a tava, put the flattened sweet poli on it and turn it by adding ghee on two sides.
  12. Now, hot & delicious whole wheat sweet poli is ready to eat.
Ingredients:
1 cup - whole wheat
1 cup - wheat flour
1/2 cup - powdered sugar
1/4 cup - ghee
100g - khoya/mewa
1/4 cup - milk
