Method
- Boil rice seperately adding cloves.
- Once it is done add 1 tbsp oil, mix it and keep it aside.
- Boil water, add soya chunks to it and cook till it is done.
- Fry paneer and keep aside.
- Now take a kadai, add oil or butter, then add mustard seeds, cinnamon stick, bay leaves.
- Start adding onion, ginger garlic paste and stir well.
- Finally, add all the spices and corainder leaves.
- Add soya chunks and cover the kadhai for 3-5 min. allow the chunks to cook with masala.
- Once it is done, add salt and start add the cooked rice and fried paneer steadily so that the rice does not get mashed.
Note: Soya is known for its rich protein content and is nutritious especially for vegeterians.
