Method
  1. Boil rice seperately adding cloves.
  2. Once it is done add 1 tbsp oil, mix it and keep it aside.
  3. Boil water, add soya chunks to it and cook till it is done.
  4. Fry paneer and keep aside.
  5. Now take a kadai, add oil or butter, then add mustard seeds, cinnamon stick, bay leaves.
  6. Start adding onion, ginger garlic paste and stir well.
  7. Finally, add all the spices and corainder leaves.
  8. Add soya chunks and cover the kadhai for 3-5 min. allow the chunks to cook with masala.
  9. Once it is done, add salt and start add the cooked rice and fried paneer steadily so that the rice does not get mashed.

Note: Soya is known for its rich protein content and is nutritious especially for vegeterians.

Ingredients:
1 cup - soya chunks
10 cubes - paneer (optional)
1 cup - basmati rice
4 - onions chopped
1 tsp - mustard seeds
1/2 tsp - chilli powder
1 - bay leaf
1 stick - cinnamon
2 - big cardamom
2 tsp - ginger garlic paste
2 tsp - corainder powder
2 tsp - mutton masala powder
2 tbsp - oil or butter
Corainder leaves to garnish
Salt to taste
