Ingredients: 5-6 thick green chillies
1 thin Brinjal
3 tbsp roasted peanuts
1 tbsp vinegar
Some curry leaves
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp Jeera/cumin
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 onions to make a paste
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp amchoor/mango powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 cup tomato puree
1/2 tsp ginger paste
