Dahi Bhalla
  1. Blend urad dal to a soft paste.
  2. Add salt, green chillies and cumin seeds.
  3. Heat oil and deep fry spoonfuls of batter until golden.
  4. Immediately soak the bhallas in sweetened yoghurt.
  5. Freeze half the dahi bhalla mixture and refrigerate the rest.
  6. Once the dahi bhallas are frozen, mash and churn to make an ice cream.
  7. Put chilled bhallas in a martini glass with the dahi bhalla ice cream.
Salt - 1 tsp
Chopped green chillies - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Urad dal, soaked until soft - 100 gms
Oil, for frying - 500 ml
Yoghurt, beaten and sweetened - 600 ml
