Herbal vegetable fried rice

Method
  1. Wash and soak rice in water for half an hour.
  2. Cook in salted boiling water till done; drain and keep aside.
  3. Deseed and chop capsicum. Chop beans, cook peas and cut corn into 1 cm slices.
  4. Peel garlic and crush them; clean and chop coriander and mint leaves.
  5. Heat oil in a apn, add garlic and stri fry.
  6. Add corn, capsicum, beans, peas and soya sauce and stir.
  7. Add panch phoran powder and mixed herbs and cook for 1 min.
  8. Add rice and mix well, add chopped coriander and mint.
  9. Finally add salt and pepper powder and mix.
  10. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
1 cup - rice
1 - capsicum
100g - beans
4 cloves - garlic
3 - baby corns
1 tbsp - oil
1 tbsp - panch phoran powder
1 tsp - dried herbs (basil, mint, dill, oregano, thyme)
1/2 cup - green peas
Soya sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper powder to taste
1 sprig - coriander
1 sprig - mint leaves
