Method
  1. Chop the palak and wash it well.
  2. Now boil the palak along ginger, chillies, garlic for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Cool for a while and grind to a paste.
  4. In a frying pan, heat oil, temper cumin seeds.
  5. Add the palak paste and fry it well for 10 minutes on a medium flame.
  6. Now add tomato and chilli sauce and mix it well.
  7. Add paneer cubes and salt and again mix it.
  8. Cook covered for 5 minutes.
  9. Palak paneer is ready; serve hot with rice or roti.
Ingredients:
1 bunch - palak
100g - paneer, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 small piece - ginger
2 - garlic
2 - green chillies
1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
2 tbsp - oil
Salt
1/2 tsp - tomato and chilli sauce
