Method
  1. Cut paneer into one inch cubes.
  2. Cut onion into one inch size pieces.
  3. Deseed and cut capsicum into 1 inch size pieces.
  4. Clean mushroom.
  5. Chop green chillies, and grind together with ginger and garlic.
  6. In a bowl, mix honey, cumin pwd, ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, garam masala and chat masala.
  7. Marinate paneer, mushrooms, tomatoes, capsicum and onion in this mixture for one hour.
  8. Skewer these marinated pieces for 15 mins in a preheated oven at 180 C
Ingredients:
200g - Paneer
2 - onions
1 large capsicum
10 button mushrooms
10 cherry tomatoes
2 green chillies
1 inch gionger
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp - chilli flakes
1 tsp - honey
1/2 tsp - cumin powder
1 tsp - lemon juice
1/2 tsp - chat masala
1/2 tsp - garam masala
Salt to taste
1 tsp - lemon
