Paneer pakora

  1. Heat oil in a deep kadhai.
  2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients required for the batter with sufficient water.
  3. Dip paneer into the batter and gently drop them in hot oil. Fry until they turn golden brown, drain them on a kitchen towel.
  4. Crisp and tasty paneer pakora is ready to be served.
  5. Serve with tomato ketchup and enjoy.
1 cup of paneer cubes
1 cup of gram flour
1 tbsp. of rice flour
1 tsp. of chilli powder
1 tsp. of ginger-garlic paste
Handful of fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
1/4 tsp .of soda bicarbonate
A pinch of asafoetida
Oil for frying
