Paneer and mushroom pulav

Method
  1. Heat 2 tsp oil and 2 tsp ghee in a nonstick kadai.
  2. Add chopped garlic, ginger, onion and tomato one by one and fry.
  3. Add rice and stir.
  4. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and stir.
  5. Add cleaned mushroom and paneer and 2 glasses of water.
  6. Cook covered on a low flame for 25 mins.
  7. Garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
  8. Tasty pulav is ready.
  9. Exam friendly food - rich in protein.
Ingredients:
1 cup - Basmati rice
10 - button mushrooms
20 - paneer cubed
2 tsp - oil
2 tsp - ghee
1 tsp - garam masala
1&1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
Salt to taste
2 - onions, chopped
2 - tomatoes, chopped
2 tsp - ginger, finely chopped
2 - garlic, finely chopped
1 cup - garnish with chopped mint and coriander leaves
