Ladies finger with coconut

Method
  1. Mix all the masala except hing, stuff inside the ladies finger.
  2. Heat a wide pan, add the oil and mustard, when the mustard crackles, add hing.
  3. Arrange all the ladies fingers in such a way that all are cooked at the same time.
  4. Cover for 2 minutes, remove the cover and turn them. It should not be cooked too much.
  5. The ladies finger should remain green.
  6. Serve with rice and dal.
Ingredients:
15-20 fresh ladies finger, washed and slit lengthwise
1/2 cup grated coconut
Salt to taste
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp amchur/dry mango powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp jeera powder
A pinch asafoetida
1/2 tsp mustard
1 tbsp chopped coriander
2 tbsp oil
