Arugula chapathi

Method
  1. Finely chop dry arugula leaves and knead with all ingredients and enough water to make a smooth, soft dough.
  2. Roll into chapathis. You can make phulkas or parathas with oil.
  3. For kids, add butter or ghee on top.
  4. Serve with dahi and pickle.
  5. Arugula gives a nice peppery taste.
Ingredients:
1.5 cups - wheat flour
3 handfuls - baby arugula/rocket leaves
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
2 - green chilli, finely chopped
Oil, as needed
