Method
Finely chop dry arugula leaves and knead with all ingredients and enough water to make a smooth, soft dough.
Roll into chapathis. You can make phulkas or parathas with oil.
For kids, add butter or ghee on top.
Serve with dahi and pickle.
Arugula gives a nice peppery taste.

3 handfuls - baby arugula/rocket leaves
