Vegeterian omelette

Method
  1. Make a paste of all the ingredients except chapathis.
  2. Heat oil on a tawa, dip the rotis in the above mixture covering both the sides and cook on a low flame on both sides.
  3. Cut into four halves and serve with chutneys or ketchup.
  4. Can be served as kids' breakfast or as school lunch.
  5. Make it richer by adding paneer, methi/spinach leaves to the besan batter.
Ingredients:
6 leftover chapathis
6 tbsp - besan/gram flour
1 tbsp - suji
3 green chillies
Coriander leaves, a bunch
2 tsp - ajwain /carom seeds
Mango powder to taste
Salt as desired
