Method
  1. Boil the banana with the peel till it becomes soft.
  2. Remove the peel, mash and then roast the mashed banana and ginger garlic paste using some oil.
  3. After roasting, add the cheese and all the other powders.
  4. Make small cutlets, place a piece of cashew nut at the centre, dip them in a mixture of maida and water
  5. Roll them over some bread crumbs and shallow fry.
Ingredients:
1 raw banana
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Salt
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp kitchen king
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste (optional)
1 tsp dhania powder
1 tsp cumin powder
Salt
Oil/ghee for frying
Bread crumbs
Maida
