6 to 7 - medium sized potatoes
4 slices - bread
3 tbsp - corn flour
1 ½ glass - water
½ tsp - turmeric powder
1 tsp - oil
1 ¼ tsp - red chilli powder
½ tsp - mango powder
a few raisins
a few cashew nuts (chopped)
heart-shaped mould
oil for shallow frying
salt to taste
