1 ¼ kg - Rajapuri mangoes (peeled and sliced into medium sized pieces)
1 ¼ kg - sugar
4 to 5 tbsp - red chilli powder
2 - big black cardamoms
8 - green cardamoms
2 to 3 pieces - dalchini
8 - cloves
1 tsp - onion seeds
15 - whole black peppercorns
3 tsp - salt
2 tsp - acetic acid
