Method

  1. Burn the capsicum by directly putting on flame. Afterwards wash it and then cut it into pieces.

  2. Fry the peanuts and jeera and grind into powder. Add them to curd along with capsicum and grated fresh coconut.

  3. Garnish with coriander.

Capsicum- 3
Peanuts- 50 gms
Jeera-
Fresh Coconut
Curd-200 gms
Salt
Turmeric
