Fresh black eyed peas vada/gota

Method
  1. Grind the peas to a coarse paste along with green chillies, a small piece of ginger, curry leaves and enough salt.
  2. Now add chopped onions, mix well and make vada.
  3. Deep fry until done and serve plain or with any chutney.

Ingredients:
500g - fresh black eyed peas
1 - red onion (optional) or white one
6 - green chillies
1 stem - curry leaves
1/4 cup - coriander chopped
1/4 inch piece - ginger
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
