Homemade tomato shorba

Method
  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and pressure cook them.
  2. Then grind them with same amount water in a mixer.
  3. Sieve the mixture.
  4. Heat the mixture with some more water and cornflour until it thickens.
  5. Garnish with coriander and cream.
  6. Serve with fried bread pieces.

4-5 red tomatoes
1 onion
1 carrot
1 inch cinnamon stick
2-3 cloves
5-6 garlic cloves
Black pepper to taste
Water
1 tbsp- cornflour
Salt to taste
Cream to garnish
Coriander leaves to garnish
