Method
- Pour oil in a tawa and add mustard seeds in it.
- When the mustard splutters, add green chillies, coriander leaves, sliced onion, turmeric powder and deep fry till the onions turn golden brown.
- Make idlis, allow them to cool down and crumble into a powder.
- Add to the fried onion, add salt, mix and serve.
Note: Ginger-garlic paste can be added along with onion. Can be made with leftover idlis.
