Method
  1. Pour oil in a tawa and add mustard seeds in it.
  2. When the mustard splutters, add green chillies, coriander leaves, sliced onion, turmeric powder and deep fry till the onions turn golden brown.
  3. Make idlis, allow them to cool down and crumble into a powder.
  4. Add to the fried onion, add salt, mix and serve.

Note: Ginger-garlic paste can be added along with onion. Can be made with leftover idlis.

8 - idlis
4 - onions (medium size)
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
Mustard seeds
Coriander leaves
1 tbsp - oil
3 - green chillies
Salt to taste
