Method
- Mix 2 cup of sooji in 1 cup of curd, salt as per taste and red chilli a pinch and keep it aside for few mins.
- Then take idli maker greece it with oil and then pour the batter in the maker.
- Steam it for 10 mins.
- Instant idli is ready.

1 cup - curd
red chilli
salt to taste
