First make the filling by mixing all the dry ingredients including coconut powder, sugar and cardamom powder. Keep aside.
Mix all purpose flour, butter and water to form a thick chapatti-like dough.
Make small balls of this dough.
Roll one ball at a time into a round shape about the size of a poori.
Place 1&1/2 tsp of the filling on the rolled dough and seal the edges with drops of milk.
Then deep fry into a golden brown colour.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
Can be stored upto 15-20 days in an airtight container.
