Method
Remove skin from the roasted peanuts.
Put in a mixer, peanuts, red chillies, tamarind paste, curd and salt and grind into a paste adding little water.
Take into a bowl.
Heat oil in a tadka pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves, when they splutter, add this into chutney.
Serve with idlis/dosa.

1 tsp - tamarind paste
3-4 - red chillies
