Peanut chutney for idlis or dosas

Method
  1. Remove skin from the roasted peanuts.
  2. Put in a mixer, peanuts, red chillies, tamarind paste, curd and salt and grind into a paste adding little water.
  3. Take into a bowl.
  4. Heat oil in a tadka pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves, when they splutter, add this into chutney.
  5. Serve with idlis/dosa.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup - roasted peanuts
1 tsp - tamarind paste
3-4 - red chillies
2 tsp - curd
Salt to taste
1 tsp - mustard seeds
Curry leaves, a few
1 tsp - oil
