Method

  1. Mix rava , coconut & salt in luke warm water. Consistency should be like slightly thick.

  2. Keep the above mixture for 15 mins. Then make small balls. Steam cook these balls like idlies in a greased vessel. Cook it for 20 mins, later cool it for a while, separate the balls.

  3. Add 2 tsp oil in the pan to that add mustard seeds, urad dal, red chillies, curry leaves, hing, and add all rava balls and mix all together. Finally garnish with chopped cilantro.

Ingredients:

White Rava (sooji) 1 cup
Grated fresh coconut 2 tb spoon
Salt to taste
Luke warm water

For seasoning

Mustard seeds 1tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Curry leaves 5
A pinch hing
Oil 2 tsp
whole red chillies 4

For garnishing

Chopped Cilantro
Grated fresh coconut 1 tsp
