  1. This is a good recipe to put to use any leftover dosa batter that has turned sour.
  2. To the dosa batter, add rice flour, semolina, salt, green chillies, cilantro and onion and mix well to make a batter that is semi-solid in consistency.
  3. Leave the batter aside for about 30 mins for semolina to turn soft.
  4. Then with an ice-cream scoop or hands make small rounds (need not be perfectly shaped) and fry in oil.
  5. Serve hot with tomato ketchup as evening snack or accompaniment.
Ingredients:
2 cups - dosa batter (should be a couple of days old and sour)
2 tbsp - rice flour
3 tbsp - semolina
5-6 - green chillies (finely chopped)
Cilantro, a few sprigs (finely chopped)
1 - onion, medium sized (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
Oil as required for deep frying
