Method
- Mix gram flour with some water and stir well.
- Ensure that you remove all the lumps, add a little more water, chilli powder, salt, soda, ajwain and mix well such that the batter is thick enough for a dip (not too watery).
- Slit the capsicum on one side (remove seeds if you don't prefer them).
- Heat oil in a pan, dip the capsicum in the batter and drop it in oil and fry well.
- Remove and place on kitchen towel.
- Slit the capsicum on one side, stuff it with onions, sprinkle some chilli powder, cumin powder, amchur powder and salt.
- Put some coriander leaves at last and squeeze in some lime juice.
