Suran spinach curry

Method
  1. Take a pan and heat oil. Put suran pieces and roast till it cooks.
  2. Take another pan and saute spinach in some oil till they are little crisp.
  3. Grind sesame seeds, mustard seeds, red chillies, cumin seeds and salt into fine powder.
  4. Add crisp spinach to roasted suran and also add the ground powder. Roast for 1-2 mins.
  5. Serve with rasam rice or sambar rice.

2 cups suran/yam, cut into cubes
1 cup spinach
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp mustard seeds
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
5 dried red chillies
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
