Method
- Take a pan and heat oil. Put suran pieces and roast till it cooks.
- Take another pan and saute spinach in some oil till they are little crisp.
- Grind sesame seeds, mustard seeds, red chillies, cumin seeds and salt into fine powder.
- Add crisp spinach to roasted suran and also add the ground powder. Roast for 1-2 mins.
- Serve with rasam rice or sambar rice.
