Method
- Heat the butter in a flat-bottomed pan and add the onions and fry till golden pink
- Then add capsicum, fry till soft and add tomato and cook for 2-3 minutes, Season with jaljeera power, pepper power and salt to taste and mix well
- Add the sweet corn and mix well and turn off the gas
- Then add the fresh cream and mix well and keep aside.
- Toast the bread slices by adding some butter on it and keep a side.
- Beat the sugar and curds and keep aside.
Serving tip:
Take a serving plate and place one toasted bread slice; spread the mixture on the slice and cover it by another slice and on top pour the curds mixture and garnish with some corns on it and serve hot.
Ingredients:
200 g - sweet corn (boiled)
8 - bread slices
1 - onion, medium, finely chopped
1 - capsicum, big, finely chopped
1 - tomato, medium, finely chopped
50g - fresh cream
2 tsp - butter
3 tsp - sugar
300 g - curds
1/4 tsp - jaljeera power
1/4 tsp - pepper power
salt to taste
tomato sauce (optional)
