Now heat oil in a pan and add Mustards. When they spultter add cumins, Green chillies, Red chilli and Curry leaves. Pour this over the pachhdi and mix well.
Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve with Rice, Idly or Dosa.

Oil 1 tsp
Mustards 1/4 tsp
Cumins 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves 4
Coriander leaves chopped 1 tsp
