Fry red chillies, channadal, urad dal, jeera, dhania and Menthi seeds in small amount of oil, and keep aside.
Grind all the above things with salt.
Cut the brinjals at one side as four strips for stuffing.
Stuff the above paste in to brinjal.
Heat the oil in a deep fry pan, and put the stuffed brinjal in oil and fry well.
Keep tamarind in water for few minutes and squeeze the juice into the pan while cooking.
See you get more gravy. It is easy and very delicious to eat with Rice or Chapathi.
1. 6 small Brinjal
2. 4 Red Chillies
3. 1 spoon Channa dal
4. 1 spoon Urad dal
5. 1spoon Jeera seeds
6. 1 spoon Dhania seeds
7. 1/2 spoon Phoeniculum seeds(Menthulu)
8. Salt to taste
9. Oil
10. Tamarind - (20 gms or as per the taste) If not amchoor powder
