Soak both the rice for 3 hours.
Cut the yellow pumpkin into small pieces.
Put it in the mixie and grind well.
Add both the rice in the jar.
Add the red chillies and asafoetida. Add salt. Grind it well according to your taste.
Heat adai thava (adai thava will be a bit high in the centre)
Pour the paste on the thava, and fry it on both sides with
oil according to your taste. This adai can be taken in the same day. All the best.
