Take cooking bowl and put oil and heat it & add cumin seeds.
Add onions and green chillies and cook till soft.
Add chanadal, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and 2 cups of water and cook it in low flame for 20 min.
Then add tomatoes and cook it for 5 min. Mix with coconut powder.
Serve with Rice or Parathas.
