Method
- Grind ginger, garlic, redchillies with curd into paste.
- Add oil and ghee in a large pan saute onions well.
- Now add tomatoes and the grounded paste and saute well till oil separates.
- Now add coconutmilk and bring to boil.
- Add rice and salt and cook in low flame till rice is cooked.
- Fry cashewnut and add to the rice.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with onion raita.

4 nos - red chillies
