Method
- Empty the pouch in 150 ml of water, stir well, & keep it for 20 minutes to ferment.
- Grease the idli plate and pour 3/4 of a ladle in the idli mould.
- Steam it for 10-12 minutes.
- You'll get nice soft wheat idlies.
- This idli is a good diet for a diabetic as well as for others also.
- Whole wheat is rich in dietary fiber & protein.
- Takes a longer time for digestion.
