Easy Wheat Idli

Method
  1. Empty the pouch in 150 ml of water, stir well, & keep it for 20 minutes to ferment.
  2. Grease the idli plate and pour 3/4 of a ladle in the idli mould.
  3. Steam it for 10-12 minutes.
  4. You'll get nice soft wheat idlies.
  5. This idli is a good diet for a diabetic as well as for others also.
  6. Whole wheat is rich in dietary fiber & protein.
  7. Takes a longer time for digestion.
