Extract the tamarind juice, possibly a thick paste, not very watery. Add jaggery (or sugar), add chopped hibiscus pieces to this paste.
Heat ghee in a kadai, add mustard and jeera seeds, allow to splutter, add red chillies and asafoetida and garnish the heated mixture with this.
Cooking time :
Approximately 15 min other than prior preparations.
