Method

  1. Extract the tamarind juice, possibly a thick paste, not very watery. Add jaggery (or sugar), add chopped hibiscus pieces to this paste.

  2. Boil the above ingredients.
  3. Heat ghee in a kadai, add mustard and jeera seeds, allow to splutter, add red chillies and asafoetida and garnish the heated mixture with this.

Note : This is very good for your hair.

Approximately 15 min other than prior preparations.

Ingredients:
Tamarind - Lemon sized, juice
Red Hibiscus flowers - 7 to 8 chopped to small pieces
Red Chillies - 4
Mustard and Jeera seeds - 1 Tbsp
Ghee - 2 Tbsp
Sugar or Jaggery - 3 Tbsp
A pinch of Asafoetida
Salt to taste
