Method
  1. Crumble the idlies and add all the ingredients except oil and make a batter equivalent to vada or dosa batter.
  2. Heat oil and drop with spoons or make shape of the batter like vadas and deep fry in oil like vadas.
  3. Serve with coconut chutney and surprise your guests.
Ingredients:
4 - left over idilies
2 - onions, thinly sliced
4 - green chillies,thinly sliced
1" piece - ginger, crushed
2 cloves - garlic, crushed (optional)
a few bunch - corriander leaves, thinly cut
2 tbsp - besan ka atta
1 - lemon
1 tsp - jeera, whole
1 tsp - saunf
oil for frying
salt to taste
