Method
  1. Dry Roast Dhania Seeds , Jeera Seeds, Coconut Powder on a Low Fire until Coconut Powder turns medium brown. Keep this aside.

  2. Dry Roast the rest of the ingredients 2 to 5 until the Chana dal turn light brown.

  3. Now mix all the ingredients and allow them to Cool.

  4. Grind them into a fine Powder. Store it in air tight container. It stays fresh for one month.

This Can be Used as Sambhar Masala

Variation 1:

Add Some Chili Powder and Salt as per your Taste. You can use the Powder with Idli, Dosa.

Variation 2:

This Powder can also be used when you are making Alu Fry. Add this powder to the end.

Ingredients:
1. 1 1/2 Cup Dhania Seeds(Coriander Seeds)
2. 3/4 Cup Split Chana Dal
3. 3/4 Cup Split Urad Dal
4. 1/2 Cup Toor Dal
5. 1/4 Cup (Uncooked) Rice
6. 1 Tbl Spoon Jeera Seeds
7. 1/2 up Dry Coconut Powder
