By : SarithaDry Roast Dhania Seeds , Jeera Seeds, Coconut Powder on a Low Fire until Coconut Powder turns medium brown. Keep this aside.
Dry Roast the rest of the ingredients 2 to 5 until the Chana dal turn light brown.
Now mix all the ingredients and allow them to Cool.
Grind them into a fine Powder. Store it in air tight container. It stays fresh for one month.
This Can be Used as Sambhar Masala
Variation 1:
Add Some Chili Powder and Salt as per your Taste. You can use the Powder with Idli, Dosa.
Variation 2:
This Powder can also be used when you are making Alu Fry. Add this powder to the end.
