Skin Cantaloupe. Discard its innermost soft portion. Cut into small cubes. Mix sugar. Add Boiled and cooled milk. Mix beaten rice (optional) and powdered cardamom and serve.

Can be kept in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:

1 ripe Cantaloupe
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup beaten rice or poha
1/2 litre milk
3 cardamom pods finely powdered.
