Method
  1. Fry the rice in the ghee.Using the blender grind the dry rice to break it into small pices.
  2. Boil the milk and then simmer until the milk thickens[quantity of milk reduces to half] Grind the nuts with a little milk until it become into paste consistency.
  3. Mix with milk let it boil for few minutes.Then add the rice till well cooked.Add the suger.
  4. Let it boil for few minutes.Serve chilled.
Ingredients:
basumathi rice-1/4 cup
suger-for your taste
ghee-1-teaspoon
almond and cashewnut-50gram
