Method
- Fry the rice in the ghee.Using the blender grind the dry rice to break it into small pices.
- Boil the milk and then simmer until the milk thickens[quantity of milk reduces to half] Grind the nuts with a little milk until it become into paste consistency.
- Mix with milk let it boil for few minutes.Then add the rice till well cooked.Add the suger.
- Let it boil for few minutes.Serve chilled.

basumathi rice-1/4 cup
suger-for your taste
ghee-1-teaspoon
almond and cashewnut-50gram
