Boil milk i kadai, keep stirring.
Add the sugar and stirr well, till the sugar melts. Give a good boil to the milk, now pour in the fried cabbage into the milk and boil milk for 20 mins, till the cabbage becomes soft.
Garnish with raisins and cashew nuts.
*Don't grate cabbage finely.
*Ask your guest to guess what payesh it was!
