Green pumpkin raita

Method
  1. Boil red pumpkin in water and salt till tender.
  2. Remove the water and allow pumpkin to cool in a bowl.
  3. Grind coconut, chillies, cumin and coriander leaves into a paste.
  4. Add this paste to the pumpkin.
  5. Add curd while serving.
  6. Serve this with rotis or rice.
Ingredients:
1 cup red pumpkin cut into small cubes
2 tbsp coconut
1/2 tsp cumin
2 green chillies
1 tbsp coriander leaves
1/2 cup curd
Salt to taste
