Method
- Coarsely powder the pepper and jeera and keep aside.
- Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and add pepper-jeera powder, asafoetida and curry leaves.
- Allow it to roast for a few seconds.
- Add rice and mix for a few minutes.
- Turn off the flame and serve hot.
Ingredients:
2 cups - rice
10-12 - pepper
2 tbsp - jeera
2-3 tbsp - ghee
Asafoetida, a pinch
Salt to taste
4-5 - curry leaves
