Method
Fry the Moong dal in a kadai for 2-3 mins in ghee.
Pressure cook the moong dal with a pinch of turmeric and water.
To the cooked dal add the jaggery, milk and boil for 10-15 mins.
Garnish with fried cashews and raisins.
Serve hot.
