Method
  1. Soak the rice in water for about 4 to 6 hours.
  2. Soak urad dal in water.
  3. Grind rice and urad dal separately.
  4. Grind keerai,then mix keerai paste and salt into the batter and leave it overnight.
  5. Prepare dosa the next morning.
Ingredients:
3 cups - rice
1/4 cup - urad dal
2 handful - mudakathan keerai (balloon vine)
salt to taste
