Method
- Soak the rice in water for about 4 to 6 hours.
- Soak urad dal in water.
- Grind rice and urad dal separately.
- Grind keerai,then mix keerai paste and salt into the batter and leave it overnight.
- Prepare dosa the next morning.
Ingredients:
3 cups - rice
1/4 cup - urad dal
2 handful - mudakathan keerai (balloon vine)
salt to taste
